WHAT KIND OF CHICKEN DO YOU USE
A: We use all natural chicken breast. All of our chicken burgers use chickens that are raised without antibiotics, steroids, and without any growth hormones in the feed, the water or egg. All chickens used are fed in an all-vegetarian diet and are humanely raised (all live in a cage-free environment) and compassionately handled. We also only use white meat and we do not use dark meat.
DO YOU USE ORGANIC CHICKEN BREAST?
A: Currently we do not. We are in the process of getting our patties labeled organic. Again, we use all natural chicken breast. WHAT MAKES UP THE SODIUM CONTENT?
A: Salt and grated cheese. Sodium content for a 4 oz Gianni’s chicken burger is on average, depending on variety, approximately 320 mg which is only 14% of a person’s daily value based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
WHAT MAKES UP THE MAJORITY OF THE FAT CONTENT?

DO YOU NEED TO DEFROST CHICKEN BURGERS BEFORE COOKING?
A: No you do not. Just put on grill or skillet frozen and following cooking directions.

ARE VEGETABLES, SPINACH, MUSHROOMS USED IN CHICKEN BURGERS FRESH?
A: All the ingredients we use in our burgers are healthy and fresh. We do not use dehydrated vegetables nor do we use any type of flavoring. We sauté/grill all ingredients before combining with the rest of our ingredients that make our chicken patties so incredibly delicious.
